Barunei Hill

Located in the Khordha district of Odisha, Barunei hill is a scenic spot which attracts picnickers in large number.

32 km from the state capital Bhubaneswar and 4 km from Khurdha, Barunei hill is also famous for a shrine the presiding deity of which is Goddess Barunei.

The shadow mango groves with a perennial stream called Swarna Ganga provide a pleasant atmosphere tor the picnickers. The water of Swarna Ganga has medicinal properties.
